Popis (anglicky):

Reminders of Him is a 2026 romantic drama film directed by Vanessa Caswill, adapting Colleen Hoovers 2022 novel. It follows Kenna Rowan, played by Maika Monroe, an ex-convict who served seven years in prison for vehicular manslaughter after a car crash killed her boyfriend Scotty while both were intoxicated. Upon parole, she returns to her Wyoming hometown seeking to reconnect with her five-year-old daughter Diem, raised by Scottys unyielding parents Grace and Patrick. Facing rejection, Kenna befriends locals, lands a job, and sparks a romance with Ledger Ward, a former NFL player and bar owner portrayed by Tyriq Withers, who is Scotts best friend and Diems surrogate uncle. As their bond deepens, Ledger uncovers truths about the accident via Kennas diary, challenging blame and fostering forgiveness. Tensions peak with family confrontations, leading to reconciliation, Diems first meeting with her mother, and emotional healing at the crash site memorial. Main actors include Maika Monroe as Kenna, Tyriq Withers as Ledger, and Rudy Pankow as Scotty. The story explores redemption, guilt, love, and second chances amid societal judgment.
