Popis (anglicky):

Julian is a moving, true-life film about the intense love between Fleur and Julian, two women who fall madly in love after a glance in a concert hall. They decide to get married in every country where same-sex marriage is legal, as an activist project called Project 22, traveling to cities such as New York, Amsterdam, and Paris. After four weddings, their journey comes to an abrupt end due to a tragic illness. The non-linear narrative weaves together love, activism, memory, and mourning, based on Fleur Pierets' memoir. The film balances joy and sadness with warm, authentic chemistry and subtle direction. Lead actors: Nina Meurisse as Fleur and Laurence Roothooft as Julian. Director: Cato Kusters.
