Popis (anglicky):

Murder at the Embassy is a 2025 American murder mystery film directed by Stephen Shimek. It stars Mischa Barton as private detective Miranda Green, Richard Dillane as British Ambassador Robert Murray, and Mido Hamada as embassy security guard Mamoud.Set in 1934 Cairo, the story follows Green, a florist-turned-sleuth from the prior film Invitation to a Murder, as she dines at the British Embassy with the ambassador, his daughter Megan (Nell Barlow), translator Leila (Raha Rahbari), movie star Betty (Antonia Bernath), journalist Walter (Kojo Attah), and secretary Maggie Hand (Kathryn McGarr). After dinner, Maggie is found murdered inside the embassy, coinciding with the theft of a top-secret document that could ignite global conflict, including Nazi plots and Egyptian loyalists.Green investigates the suspects in the sealed embassy, uncovering spies, hidden passages, smuggled weapons, and romantic entanglements. The ambassador's betrayal drives the twist-filled climax, blending clue-hunting with geopolitical intrigue in a tense, confined setting.
