Popis (anglicky):

When two brothers find an old toy monkey with cymbals in their father's attic, they are confronted with a series of terrifying deaths in their neighborhood. To escape the horror, they throw the monkey away and go their separate ways. But when the mysterious deaths start again, they must reunite to destroy the cursed toy once and for all.

Horror director Osgood Perkins ("Longlegs," "The Blackcoat's Daughter," "Gretel & Hansel") brings Stephen King's short story "The Monkey" to life with a mix of gruesome horror and dark comedy. Theo James ("Divergent," "The Gentlemen") plays a dual role as both twin brothers. The cast is rounded out by Tatiana Maslany ("Orphan Black"), Elijah Wood ("The Lord of the Rings"), Christian Convery ("Sweet Tooth"), and Colin O'Brien ("Wonka").
